red_pills_bottle.jpgWhat do I do if I've run out of medication? Or I have to see my doctor but will run out of medication before the appointment?

Tell the reception staff. They may be able to ask the doctor to sign a bridging script (usually for one or two weeks worth of tablets) to tide you over until your repeat script is ready or you have seen your doctor for review.

What do I do if I want extra medication to go on holiday?

Attach a letter to your repeat script request detailing how long you will be away and how much extra medication you will need, please allow 5 days for this to be processed.

My medications all need renewing at different times or I get different amounts of each medication. Can they be synchronised?

Again attach a letter to your script request outlining the problems. Your doctor will attempt to synchronise your scripts. Allow 5 days for this to be processed.

I have lost my repeat medication request form what do I do?

Replacement forms are available from reception, or handwrite your request please be aware this may delay the processing or your script especially if you have not had the medicine for some time.
