Red Heat-Health Alert

During periods of extreme heat, we often see an increase in heat-related illness including dehydration, heat exhaustion, and breathing difficulties.

This is the highest level of alert and indicates a risk to everyone’s health, not just vulnerable groups.

Please remember to:

๐Ÿ’ง Drink plenty of water

๐Ÿงด Wear sunscreen

๐Ÿ‘ต Check in on elderly relatives and neighbours

๐Ÿš‘ Only call 999 in a life-threatening emergency

Help us keep emergency services available for those who need them most.
