Dr Toby Davies

I qualified from Birmingham University in 1985 and after working in Australia, completed General practice training in Salcombe, South Devon.

Partner at the Castle Practice since 1994.

Specialist interests include:

  • Minor Surgery & Joint injections
  • Asthma
  • Cardiology

I am a board member of the local CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) and am also a committee member of the LMC (Local Medical Committee).

I am married with 3 children. My wife is a consultant anaesthetist at The Great Western Hospital, Swindon.

Dr Barbara King
MB ChB, MRCGP, DCH, DRCOG, DFFP, DOccHealth, Diploma in Diabetes

I qualified from Dundee University in 1985. After completing House Jobs in Scotland, I joined the army serving as a Medical Officer in the UK and Germany. I completed my GP training in 1991. After working as a civilian GP with the British Army in Germany, I settled in Wiltshire in 1995.

I am married with 3 children.

I joined the Castle Practice as a Retainere in 1998, becoming a Partner in 2000 with a ¾ time commitment.

  • Child Health
  • Family planning
  • Diabetes

Dr Steve Comber
I qualified from St Bartholomew’s Hospital in 1994.

I initially trained in anaesthetics but changed to General practice, completing my training in Salisbury and at The Castle practice.

I became a salaried doctor at The Castle Practice in 2002.

I am now the GP trainer for the practice, a GP appraiser and a mentor for other GPs.

My specialist interests are:

  • Asthma
  • COPD

Dr Louise O’Leary

I qualified from University College London Medical school in 2001 and trained in Medicine at Basingstoke hospital, Guys and Kings College hospital. I then undertook GP training in Winchester. I became a salaried doctor at The Castle Practice in 2008 and was then appointed as a Partner in 2009.

My specialist interests are:

  • Diabetes
  • Heart Disease
  • Kidney Disease
  • Respiratory medicine
  • Complex patients with multiple medical problems
  • Fit contraceptive Impantants
  • Minor Ops

I teach medical students and other Doctors.

Dr Rebecca Selman

I qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2001. I trained initially in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and then moved to General practice, completing my training in Portsmouth. I joined the Castle Practice in December 2007, and currently work 3 days a week in the surgery as a salaried GP.

I also work part-time in the Department of Sexual Health at Winchester Hospital providing contraception and sexual health screening.

My specialist interests are:

  • Family planning and Women’s Health
  • Obstetrics
  • Child Health

Dr Ian McKay

I qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2011 having completed my pre-clinical studies at Trinity College, Oxford. Dr McKay

I completed my first hospital rotations in East London and Essex before returning to Hampshire to embark on the Salisbury General Practice training scheme. My final year, as a registrar, was at The Castle Practice where I have since stayed, as a salaried GP until July 2018 when I became a partner.

  • Minor Surgery including cryotherapy

Dr Sonja Bland

I qualified from Imperial College London in 2010, having spent my preclinical years at Christ Church College, Oxford. I spent my foundation years at Royal Hampshire County Hospital before moving to Salisbury District Hospital for my GP training. I spent 4 months working in Gisborne, New Zealand. My final year as a registrar was at The Castle Practice, where I have now continued as a salaried GP.

My specialist interest is:

  • Child Health

Dr Chris Goodall

I qualified from the University of Southampton in 2012 and undertook my foundation training at Salisbury District Hospital. Having completed registrar training at The Castle Practice, I have remained as a salaried GP. Married, and my hobbies are endurance sports, including ultra marathons and long-distance triathlons.

Dr Natalie McNulty
BM MRCGP DCH DRCOG Diploma in Diabetes

I qualified from the University of Southampton in 2004 and spent my house officer year at Salisbury District Hospital. I completed my GP VTS training in London. After working as a GP in South West London for nine years I moved to Hampshire with my family in 2017 and joined The Castle Practice in 2019.

My specialist interests are:

  • Diabetes
  • Child Health
  • Lifestyle Medicine

Dr Belinda Robinson

I qualified from the University Of Queensland in 1991. I completed my training in General Practice in 1995 in Australia spending time in rural practices in Brisbane and outback Queensland and The Northern Territory before working in a hospital in Brunei for two years, gaining experience in tropical medicine. I emigrated to the UK in 1999 and completed further training in General Practice. I have worked in various practices in Kent, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Surrey since this time. My hobbies include photography, hiking and Trail Running.

My special interests are:

  • Dermatology
  • Child Health and Women’s Health.

Dr Remnique Srai

I qualified from Imperial College School of Medicine in 2006. I spent my foundation years at The Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital and Nottingham City Hospital. I completed my GP training in Worthing, West Sussex. My family and I moved to Salisbury in 2018 and I joined The Castle Practice as a salaried GP.

Dr Lucy Davies

I qualified from Manchester University in 2003. I worked in Australia for 18 months in Emergency medicine and Obstetrics and have also spent time working in Cambodia. I completed my GP VTS training in Southampton and joined the practice in 2012, initially as one of the salaried doctors and I became a partner in July 2014.
After working for the Clinical Commissioning Group, since June 2019, I have been Clinical Director of Sarum North Primary Care Network – working across local practices to improve health services and improve resilience of primary care in the area.
